– Format your Micro SD card, then unzip the provided software to the SD card and insert it into the camera.  

– Turn the camera on and wait for it to automatically shut off. Remove the SD card and turn the camera back on to check if the issue persists.

– Charge the battery for 3–4 hours before use for extended performance.
